Returns and Exchanges

At Terraa Sports, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

If, for any reason, you are not fully happy with your order, you may request a return or exchange under the conditions listed below.

 

1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

 

To qualify for a return or exchange, please ensure:

The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed.

The product is returned in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.

The request is made within 7–10 days of receiving your order.

A valid proof of purchase (invoice/order ID) is provided.

 

Note:

Customized, personalized, or clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.

 

2. Non-Returnable Items

 

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Personalized or custom-made products (e.g., jerseys with names/numbers).

Undergarments or innerwear for hygiene reasons.

Gift cards, sale items, or promotional products.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Include photos or videos clearly showing the issue.

Once verified, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund (as applicable).

 

4. Process for Return or Exchange

 

1. Initiate Request:

2. Approval & Instructions:

Our support team will review your request and provide instructions for returning the product.

 

3. Ship the Item:

You may be required to ship the item back to our return address.

In some cases, a pickup may be arranged depending on your location.

Products must be securely packed to avoid damage in transit.

 

4. Verification & Processing:

Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you of the status of your return or exchange.

 

5. Refunds

 

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days after the returned product passes quality inspection.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

Shipping charges and COD fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If the requested product or size is unavailable, you may opt for a different item of equal value or request a refund.

 

7. Return Shipping Costs

 

If the product is defective or incorrect, Terraa Sports will bear the shipping cost.

For all other returns (such as change of size or preference), customers may need to cover the return shipping charges.

 

8. Order Cancellations

 

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement if they haven’t been shipped.

Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled, and the standard return process will apply.
